Clubmaster for Schools

Clubmaster for Schools is a specially modified version of our advanced hospitality application. The system is used in school dining halls to create a cash free environment.

Students are given magnetic swipe cards (Clubmaster Card) and funds are put on to the students cards either with cash at kiosks or by cash and cheque at the till point or the back office system. When students purchase goods their Clubmaster Card is swiped at the till and the card balance is debited accordingly.

The software links to schools own systems so that a common card can be used for library and secure entry. Clubmaster provides reporting for free school meals, as well as an analysis of the students dietary patterns. The software can be configured to ensure students do not buy 'forbidden' foods, to avoid allergy problems.
