Of course, not only do we offer the most sophisticated retail shopping basket system available, we also offer a design service. Thanks to a unique feature we (or your own designer) need only build a single page, which our software turns into a fully featured retail site. You don't get a 'template' - you have a unique web shop.

Ask to see the list of over a hundred features that are standard in our software, and then compare it to your current provider. Features such as promotions, vouchers and loyalty schemes, multi-language feature, gift options, surveys for feedback, and much, much more. Product management is simple; products can be easily categorised, to allow sophisticated 'search' facilities to be created. There is a 'quick buy' option, as well as a full product information pages. Both 'linked' (for upsell) or 'alternative' (for out of stock) product pages are available. Multiple views of the same product, together with zoom and enlarge, are, of course, standard.

Customers can have multiple shopping baskets; enabling them to send gifts to several people within the same order. They can also create their own 'Wish List' or Wedding Gift List. Order acknowledgments, despatch notifcations or cancellcations are automatically generated.

We offer our clients several payment processors; including Commidea, HSBC, Barclays ePDQ and Moneybookers. As we are a PCI-DSS Level 1 hosting company, you and your customers can be assured of the security of the transaction. We can also track and blacklist fraudsters, and for additional security we offer links to URU (GB Group) or Retail Decisions. In short, everything needed for your retail operation.
